Founded by Diathe Garnes—a Spirit-led teacher, author, coach, and prophetic scribe, known as both The Impact Coach and The Healing Scribe—this purpose-driven platform merges bold transformation coaching with Spirit-led storytelling to awaken, empower, and equip God's people.

This is more than a brand—it is a sacred assignment. We are called to create, publish, and share Spirit-breathed resources that bring clarity to confusion, healing to brokenness, and boldness to the obedient. POLICIES & PROCEDURES

She’s About Business Enterprises is a woman- and minority-owned business dedicated to inspiring, motivating, and equipping individuals to live better through self-publishing services, consulting, spiritual advising, life coaching, and book sales. These policies and procedures outline our commitment to professionalism, transparency, and customer satisfaction.

2. Services & Customer Policies

2.1 Self-Publishing Services & Consulting

• Clients receive personalized guidance on writing, editing, formatting, and publishing.

• A signed service agreement is required before work begins.

• All consultations are scheduled in advance and conducted virtually unless otherwise specified.

2.2 Life Coaching & Spiritual Advising

• Coaching and advising sessions are designed to provide guidance and support but do not guarantee specific outcomes.

• All sessions are confidential and require a signed agreement before beginning.

• Clients must actively participate in the process to achieve the best results.

2.3 Book Sales & Product Distribution

• Books and digital products are available for purchase via our website and third-party platforms.

• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, and shipping times vary based on location.

• Digital products are non-refundable due to their instant-access nature.

3. Scheduling, Payments & Refunds

3.1 Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations

• Clients must schedule services in advance.

• A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Missed appointments without notice may result in a cancellation fee.

3.2 Payments

• Full payment is required before services are rendered unless a payment plan is approved.

• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure platforms.

3.3 Refund Policy

• Refunds are only issued for services not yet performed. Completed services are non-refundable.

• Physical products may be returned for a refund or exchange if damaged or defective upon arrival.

• No refunds will be provided for digital downloads or completed coaching/advising sessions.

4. Privacy & Confidentiality

• All personal and financial information shared with She’s About Business Enterprises is kept strictly confidential.

• Client projects, coaching sessions, and advising discussions are private and will not be disclosed without written consent.

5. Customer Support & Dispute Resolution

• Clients may submit inquiries or concerns via email or our website.

• We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours.

• Disputes will be handled professionally, and mediation may be used if necessary.
